How much hours of sleep do we need?



It’s a very fascinating question. Different blogs give different answers and it becomes a hell lot of confusing which answer to follow.
Well, for every body it’s different. I too was wondering about this question. People say 6- 8 hours of sleep is good for human body. But some people are comfortable with 4-6 hours of sleep. Every body functions in a different way. The best way to find to find the answer to this question is to study and observe your body.
After a lot of observation, I found that my body needs approx 7  to 7.5 hours of sleep to work effectively. Observe your body and what it needs. Once again I am repeating this thing, every body has different requirements. Find out yours. What is suitable for me, may not be suitable for others and vice-versa.
